We are now looking for a multi-talented, organized, and dynamic professional to support our operations in administration, accounts, HR, stock control, and marketing.Job Description: This is a multi-functional role requiring a proactive individual with hands-on experience across different business areas. The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, managing accounts and HR support, overseeing stock control, and assisting in marketing and customer relationship activities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Administration &amp; Secretarial: Handle office correspondence, scheduling, meeting arrangements, and filing.</li><li>Accounts &amp; Finance Support: Assist with invoices, payments, expense tracking, and coordination with external accountants.</li><li>HR Support: Recruitment assistance, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting payroll/leave management.</li><li>Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels, prepare stock reports, coordinate with suppliers, and manage product movement.</li><li>CRM Management: Update customer database, follow up on leads, and assist in client communication.</li><li>Marketing Support: Create and design marketing materials (using Canva &amp; Photoshop), manage social media content, and support in organizing exhibitions/events.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fluency in Tagalog is a must.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration, accounts, HR, or marketing.</li><li>Strong knowledge of stock control and inventory management.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Photoshop, and CRM software.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.</li><li>Own visa is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Exposure to diverse functions within a fast-growing company.</li><li>Professional and supportive work environment.</li><li>Career growth opportunities.</li></ul>How to Apply: Apply with your updated CV through Indeed.
