Own the execution of cabinet engineering projects &mdash; from spec to install. You&rsquo;ll lead planning, solve problems upstream, and drive results that actually stick. No babysitting. No red tape. Just high expectations and real authority near a smalltown near Waco or Fort Worth.</div>

Turn vague specs into real-world, buildable solutions &mdash; first shot, no rework</li><li>
Run multiple complex projects without a single dropped detail</li><li>
Eliminate delays, waste, and confusion before they start</li><li>
Fluent in engineering, production, and completion &mdash; and keeps them all in sync Track what matters: quality, speed, cost, and repeatability Don't just improve systems &mdash; makes them bulletproof</li></ul>
