$21 - $25 per hour based on experience</p><p><b><br>
Responsibilities</b></p><p>
The <b>Dispatcher</b> is the bridge between the technician in the field and the customer in the home. This role is key to establishing the foundation for a successful customer experience. The Dispatcher is expected to perform effectively in an environment where priorities can change and learning on the job is never-ending. The Dispatcher is responsible for staying aware of Wisler technician competencies, geographic dynamics, and how best to interact with each technician to ensure the customer&rsquo;s needs are met. Below are the essential job duties of this role:</p><ul><li>
Dispatch all types of calls in a manner that results in the highest technician productivity and customer satisfaction</li><li>
Consistently contact each customer before dispatching the technician and follow through on required communications and debriefings</li><li>
Proactively record and maintain accurate dispatch records, document customer communications and provide follow-through on administrative tasks to ensure operational optimization<b>.</b></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Requirements</b></p><ul><li>
1+ years of Dispatching experience preferred</li><li>
Successfully pass a drug test</li><li>
Maintain a clean criminal background</li><li>
Preferably have a prior call center or dispatcher experience</li><li>
Willingly commit to working 40 hours a week on-site in our call center</li><li>
Be available for on-call duties once a month after regular hours to remotely answer phones.</li><li>
We are open to training individuals from scratch if a solid candidate is identified</li><li>
Authorized to work in the U.S.</li><li>
