<div>For the New York Office of a Leading Plaintiff-Side Litigation Firm<br>
<p>Responsibilities include:</p>
<ul><li>
Lead the firm&rsquo;s content and thought leadership strategy across digital, print, and campaign channels.</li><li>
Write, edit, and oversee content for website, social media, client communications, and marketing materials, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.</li><li>
Build deep institutional knowledge of clients, prospects, partners, and market dynamics. Translate Business Development insights into targeted proposals, campaigns, and content strategies that support client development and retention.</li><li><ul><li>Partner with attorneys, Business Development staff, and external PR/media resources to identify, shape, and place thought leadership, including article placement and campaign development.</li></ul></li><li>
Oversee and project manage the firm&rsquo;s RFP, pitch, and awards programs, including supervising a dedicated writer and managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.</li><li>
Serve as the senior reviewer and editor for proposals and submissions, ensuring high-quality, polished, and strategically aligned content.</li></ul>
<p>
Qualifications include:</p>
<ul><li>
7&ndash;10 years of content, communications, or proposal management experience within a professional services environment.</li><li>
Demonstrated leadership experience managing workflows, projects, and junior team members.</li><li>
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging.</li><li>
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.</li><li>
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and contributing to business development and marketing strategy.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content, document, or proposal management systems.</li></ul>
<b>Salary: </b>$165k-$185k</div>

Senior Manager of Content

<div>For the Houston or Dallas Office of an International Law Firm<br>
<p>Responsibilities include:</p>
<ul><li>
Oversee the law school student recruiting process for the Houston and Austin offices, including developing strategic outreach and communications with targeted law schools in the Texas market.</li><li>
Plan and coordinate all aspects of the summer associate program including the organization of on-campus and in-office interviews.</li><li>
Work closely with the Director of Attorney Recruiting and the Hiring Partners to manage the recruitment of lateral attorneys to meet the Firm&rsquo;s strategic objectives and practice needs.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Dallas office recruiting professionals and attorneys on internal and external talent development initiatives, recruiting efforts and summer program execution.</li><li>
Oversee and organize mentoring programs for associates and develop integration tools for lateral hires in Texas.</li><li>
Support the attorney development process, including overseeing the local associate and counsel evaluations, administering skills and development training programs.</li></ul>
<p>
Qualifications include:</p>
<ul><li>
3+ years of experience serving in professional recruiting or career development positions with sophisticated law firm or professional services organizations. Title will depend on years' experience.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree is required.</li><li>
Experience with all aspects of the attorney recruitment process, including outreach efforts, recruiting, onboarding and integration processes.</li><li>
Executive presence, tenacity, integrity, and professionalism that will engender confidence with attorneys, administrative leadership, and prospective candidates.</li><li>
An unquestioned work ethic, willingness to &ldquo;roll up your sleeves&rdquo; and accept a wide variety of assignments as required and work closely with law students, associates, partners, colleagues and team members.</li><li>
Outstanding relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate equally well with senior administrative managers and staff, partners and associates across the Firm.</li></ul>
<b>Salary: </b>Salary will be commensurate with experience.</div>
