Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year
With Intelligence, now part of S&amp;P Global, is seeking a talented journalist to help spearhead the expansion of our market-leading asset management coverage into infrastructure.
The role will involve covering some of the biggest global infrastructure asset managers at a hugely exciting time for the sector, with public policies across multiple regions driving growth and innovation and higher interest rates impacting demand and performance across a range of infra strategies.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Uncover exclusive intelligence on new fund launches, innovations, and growth strategies across asset management companies
</li><li>Monitor market dynamics, including which firms are attracting assets, and identify those that are underperforming, exiting, or shifting strategies
</li><li>Track fund performance trends and analyse how managers are evolving fund structures and terms to attract a broader investor base
</li><li>Deliver high-value, actionable insights to investor relations teams to support market understanding, benchmarking, and growth opportunities
</li><li>Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to support ongoing news gathering
</li><li>Produce a consistent pipeline of exclusive news stories as part of a fast-paced global real assets news desk
</li><li>Attend and cover industry events and conferences, including international travel, to develop sources and deepen sector knowledge</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
A successful track record of reporting exclusive stories, preferably with at least two years experience in financial journalism
</li><li>Must be willing to work out of our London office under a hybrid arrangement
</li><li>Journalism degree training preferable
</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills
</li><li>An interest in, and some knowledge of, asset management is preferable</li></ul>

Senior Reporter

With Intelligence is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented reporter to join our award-winning journalism team. This role focuses on covering the activities of institutional investors across the globe, with an emphasis on generating exclusive and valuable insights that our subscribers rely on.
As a reporter, you will be at the forefront of financial journalism, working closely with industry leaders and gathering intelligence on market trends and performance, and investment strategies. Your role will involve writing compelling stories that not only reflect the current landscape but also anticipate future shifts within the investment community.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, engaging with financial professionals and building a network of contacts that will facilitate your reporting efforts. Regular interviews with key figures such as CIOs and investment strategists will be essential to your work.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Produce a minimum of four news articles per week, including breaking news and feature stories</li><li>
Develop insightful analytical pieces that discuss the implications of investment behaviors and market changes</li><li>
Conduct high-level interviews with industry experts to gather exclusive insights.</li><li>
Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts</li><li>
Participate in and cover industry events and conferences, representing With Intelligence effectively</li><li>

Requirements

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stories and deadlines simultaneously</li><li>
A proactive and self-starting attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the finance sector</li><li>
A degree in journalism, communications, finance, or a related field is preferred</li><li>
Familiarity with the asset management industry is a plus</li></ul>
