Job Summary:

 Responsible for providing professional care for the pulmonary &amp; sleep patient's in these Physicians office's through the use and implementation of the process of assessment, planning, evaluation, and re-evaluation of care by applying the Respiratory scope of practice via guidelines, policies &amp; protocols. The Respiratory Therapist is to take an active role in the direction of the care and education of the patient and significant others to obtain and maintain an optimal level of health. The Respiratory Therapist is a contributing member of the Multidisciplinary Health Care Team in the Physicians office. Must be able to communicate the needs of the patient/significant other to all disciplines involved in the patient's hospitalization and rehabilitation. Must support the vision and values of Witham Health Services.

Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Current State Licensure in Respiratory Therapy</li>
<li>Graduate of an AMA approved school for respiratory therapy and be a Registered Respiratory Therapist by the NBRC.</li>
<li>Will accept Certified Respiratory Therapist but must pass Registry by the NBRC within two years of hire date.</li>
<li>Must maintain state license, yearly competencies for your scope of practice and BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, Care Learning.</li></ul>

Respiratory Therapist - Physician Office - Lebanon, IN

Job Summary:

 Medical Assistants work under the direct authority of a physician in an outpatient setting. The supervising/delegating physician is responsible for medical assistants in performing tasks delegated by the physician. The medical assistant is also responsible for tasks performed according to specific procedures or as delegated by the physician. These tasks include collection of patient data including recording vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, respirations, pulse and electrocardiograms). Other clinical tasks include venipuncture/phlebotomy (per CLIA quality control regulations), administering intramuscular, intradermal, and subcutaneous injections {including immunizations/vaccinations}. The Medical Assistant is a contributing member to the multidisciplinary health care team and must be able to communicate the needs of the patent/significant others to all disciplines involved in the patient's care.

Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must be a graduate from a medical assistants program.
</li><li>Hold a valid diploma or current certification to practice as a medical assistant. Certification preferred.
</li><li>Currently enrolled or planning to be enrolled in an Esthetics program.</li>
<li>Previous work experience is desired but training will be provided for a qualified candidate.</li>
