<div>Clinical Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care to adult patients</li>
<li>Manage admissions, daily rounding, and discharges</li>
<li>Coordinate care with specialists, nursing, and care management teams</li>
<li>Support high-quality, patient-centered care and throughput initiatives</li>
</ul>
Lead Hospitalist / Administrative Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Serve as the clinical lead for the hospitalist team</li>
<li>Provide day-to-day operational oversight and clinical support to hospitalists</li>
<li>Assist with onboarding of new providers</li>
<li>Participate in quality improvement, utilization management, and patient safety initiatives</li>
<li>Collaborate with hospital leadership, nursing, and medical staff committees</li>
<li>Support implementation of clinical protocols, policies, and best practices</li>
</ul>
Schedule
<ul>
<li>12-hour day shifts</li>
<li>7 days on / 7 days off</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine</li>
<li>Eligible for or licensed to practice in Indiana</li>
<li>Prior hospitalist experience required; leadership experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills</li>
</ul>
