Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Community Strategist to strengthen our brand presence, drive audience engagement, and deepen community relationships. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of strategic planning, digital marketing, event execution, and grassroots community building. The strategist will play a key role in elevating Witherite Law Group's mission across multiple platforms and markets.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Marketing Strategy &amp; Execution</li>
<li><ul><li>Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with firm goals, target demographics, and community impact objectives.</li>
<li>Manage content calendars, digital ad campaigns, email marketing, and social media strategy.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal creative, legal, and operations teams to maintain brand consistency across all materials and platforms.</li>
<li>Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights using KPIs and ROI metrics.</li>
</ul></li><li>Community Engagement &amp; Partnerships</li>
<li><ul><li>Identify, build, and maintain strategic community partnerships (e.g., nonprofits, schools, local organizations).</li>
<li>Plan and manage sponsorship activations, outreach events, and educational programs that enhance the firm's presence in key markets.</li>
<li>Represent Witherite Law Group at community events, fostering trust and visibility.</li>
<li>Develop strategies to support underserved communities while aligning with the firm's mission.</li>
</ul></li><li>Brand Advocacy &amp; Reputation Management</li>
<li><ul><li>Monitor and respond to public sentiment across digital channels.</li>
<li>Contribute to the firm's community-focused thought leadership and PR initiatives.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between the firm and the public, reinforcing the firm's reputation as a trusted advocate.</li>
</ul>
</li></ul>Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field</li>
<li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or public affairs (legal or service-based industry preferred)</li>
<li>Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and managing community initiatives</li>
<li>Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot)</li>
<li>Passion for social impact, community building, and client advocacy</li>
<li>Ability to travel locally for events and activations</li>

Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions.</li>
<li>Stationary Position &ndash; Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.</li>
<li>Move or Traverse &ndash; This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc. May occasionally ascends/descends the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria and parking area.</li>
<li>Dexterity &ndash; constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine/printer.</li>
<li>Move, Transport, Position, Put, Install, Remove - Occasionally moves supplies weighing up to 10 pounds for various presentation and event needs.</li>
<li>Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information - The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.</li>
<li>Detect, Determine, Perceive, Identify, Recognize, Judge, Observe, Inspect, Estimate, Assess - The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).</li></ul>
