Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Video Animator and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging animations, motion graphics, and high-quality visual content to support our marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Design and produce motion graphics and animations for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and advertisements.</li>
<li>Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand guidelines.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and execute projects from start to finish.</li>
<li>Edit and enhance video content, incorporating animation, transitions, sound, and special effects.</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.</li>
<li>Stay current with design trends, animation techniques, and industry best practices.</li>
<li>Optimize content for various digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Video Animator and Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in design and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition.</li>
<li>Ability to conceptualize and communicate creative ideas effectively.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills:
<ul>
<li>Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).</li>
<li>Illustrator and Photoshop.</li>
<li>Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design.</li>
<li>Familiarity with video production processes and equipment.</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul><li>Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions.
</li><li>Stationary Position &ndash; Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.
</li><li>Move or Traverse &ndash; This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc. May occasionally ascends/descends the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria and parking area.</li>
<li>Dexterity &ndash; constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine/printer.
</li><li>Move, Transport, Position, Put, Install, Remove - Occasionally moves supplies weighing up to 10 pounds for various presentation and event needs.</li>
<li>Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information - The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.</li>
<li>Detect, Determine, Perceive, Identify, Recognize, Judge, Observe, Inspect, Estimate, Assess - The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).</li>
