BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION</b></h1><ul><li>
To perform all aspects that are required to install and maintain industrial and facilities equipment. Broad skills required in mechanical and electromechanical systems including experience with PLCs, AC &amp; DC drives. The person must be able to perform basic welding.</li><li>
The industrial maintenance supervisor reports to the Plant Manager at the manufacturing facility.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:</b></h1><ul><li>
Training and supervising maintenance personnel who report to you using safe work practice</li><li>
Oversee all maintenance within the plant facility to include building, vehicles, heavy equipment, and production equipment:<ul><li>
Execute plant maintenance safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures</li><li>
Coordinate major maintenance work or turnarounds with the Plant Manager</li><li>
Supervise contractors performing base plant maintenance</li><li>
Complete job plan requests, work orders and job completion forms</li></ul></li><li>
Performing other duties assigned by the Plant Manager</li><li>
Flexible hours and on-call work will be required</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b></h1><ul><li>
Preferred candidates will have at least 5 years&rsquo; industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a continuous process industry or two years post-secondary education in a technical school or college education with a concentration in industrial technology or an equivalent combination of work experience and education</li><li>
Operate the usage of current maintenance management system</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret P&amp;ID drawings, mechanical drawings, and understand process concepts, control systems, and instrumentation</li><li>
Familiar with the basic operation of centrifugal pumps, centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors, gearboxes, piping and valves, and rigging</li><li>
Must have experience working with 120/220/480 VAC electrical systems</li><li>
Highly organized with the ability to multiple tasks and prioritize work</li><li>
Must be a U.S. citizen or a non-U.S. citizen having legal status to reside and work in the U.S. for reasons other than practical training</li><li>
Proven leadership, persuasiveness, initiative, adaptability, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position</li><li>
Must be able to work safely in a production environment; Must be physically capable of performing job-related tasks and job duties. Climb, stoop, and lift objects up to 50 lbs.</li><li>
Accountable for understanding and putting into practice the SHE Principles. Additionally, the Maintenance Supervisor has a responsibility to cascade the understanding of the principles through the location and their work group.</li><li>
Must be a U.S. citizen or a non-U.S. citizen with legal status to reside and work in the U.S. for reasons other than practical training.</li><li>
Regular, predictable, and full attendance is an essential function of the job.</li><li>
Work closely with quality assurance, shipping personnel, and shift supervisor</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</b></h1><ul><li>
Walk, sit, climb, stoop, bend, kneel, balance, crouch or crawl, talk or hear</li><li>
Use hand to fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools and controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders</li><li>
Specific visions abilities required by job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, the ability to adjust focus and distinguish color.</li><li>
Employees must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs</li><li>
Ability to wear PPE, including, but not limited to, hard hat, safety glasses and steel toe footwear that meets ASTM F-2413-2005 standards while in required locations.</li><li>
The employee will be required to: read, communicate verbally and in written form, remember and analyze certain information, and remember and understand certain instructions or guidelines.

The position combines hands-on supervision, technical evaluation, and administrative tasks</li><li>
Must be able to work inside and outside in inclement weather</li><li>

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:</b></h1><ul><li>
Travel is not usually required. Travel to other cities or manufacturing facilities may be necessary for training or benchmarking purposes</li></ul><p><b>
