Location: Georgetown/ Austin, TX 
Pay: $24&ndash;$26 per hour 
Schedule: Full-time (30+ hours/week), rotating shifts 
Call 269-408-6738 7am to 6pm daily! 
Shifts:<ul><li>
1st: 6:00 AM &ndash; 2:00 PM</li><li>
2nd: 2:30 PM &ndash; 11:00 PM</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
About the Role</h3>
Remote Assistance Operators monitor and support autonomous vehicles in real time from a control center. This role helps keep the fleet safe and running smoothly as vehicles operate without onboard drivers.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3><ul><li>
Monitor vehicles using live camera feeds and Remote Command tools</li><li>
Step in remotely when the system needs assistance</li><li>
Log actions and observations in real time (Notion / Google Sheets)</li><li>
Review trips and report any issues or unusual behavior</li><li>
Help identify and document edge cases and root causes</li><li>
Share important updates during shift handoffs</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h3>
Required:<ul><li>
Experience in technical support, dispatch, IT, or operations</li><li>
Strong decision-making skills under pressure</li><li>
High attention to detail and accurate documentation</li><li>
Willingness to learn autonomous vehicle systems</li></ul>
Preferred:<ul><li>
Prior Remote Assistance Operator experience</li><li>
Video gaming or simulation experience</li><li>
Familiarity with mapping, geolocation, or vehicle data</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Work Environment</h3><ul><li>
On-site at the Remote Operations Center</li><li>
Rotating shifts, including weekends</li><li>
Must be flexible for morning or evening shifts</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
