Job Description 
Timely and accurate processing of customer payments on a daily basis within any of the ERPs in use across the IACs in scope of the FSSC. Pro-actively manage unallocated cash to ensure it is kept to a strict minimum as per targets.&middot; Proceed with all necessary pro-active and re active cash collection activities as per targets.&middot; Pro-actively liaise with the business to ensure smooth running of AR, Collection and credit management on the ledgers.&middot; Liaise with the business to highlight and chase disputed invoices before they become overdue.&middot; Manage all cash &amp; banking activities (Payment runs, bank recs., etc) for AR and AP. Daily, Weekly, Monthly.&middot; Manage internal &amp; external supplier relationships for the given portfolio of activities&middot; Work closely with the Data Management Lead in ensuring that all vendors are created &amp; maintained with accurate data in the relevant ERP systems.&middot; This role will also include acting as an AR/C&amp;B process super user in providing support &amp; guidance to the AP team members and driving best in class performance&middot; Act as a backup for the Senior AP specialists&middot; Conduct ongoing housekeeping activities to maintain clean ledgers at all time.&middot; Ensure timely processing of all activities to support the monthly/quarterly/annual close periods for both AR &amp; C&amp;B&middot; Ensure the preparation of correct documentation for the annual finance audit&middot; Actively support the sharing of new ideas and best practice across all areas of responsibility&middot; Take responsibility for own development in order to reach and maintain the required skills, knowledge and experience to perform the role including colleague system training.&middot; Assist with internal and external audits to ensure complete, timely, and accurate responses to information requests.&middot; Drive standard processes through principles of simplification, standardization and automation where appropriate&middot; Efficiently and effectively performs the AR &amp; C&amp;B activities to meet the agreed SLA&rsquo;s and KPI&rsquo;s and input into the operational reviews to drive continuous improvements to close any gaps in performance&middot; Support short- and long-term operational goals and tactical objectives. Promote processes that are clearly aligned with the business strategy.
