We&rsquo;re looking for a Social Media &amp; Content Specialist who lives and breathes digital culture &mdash; someone who can turn everyday moments into viral stories and make the WOK BOYZ energy impossible to scroll past.This is a full-time, in-house role based in Dubai, where you&rsquo;ll be on the ground capturing real moments, creating bold content, and leading our social presence from the inside out.What You&rsquo;ll Do&#65039; Drive the Strategy<ul><li>Build and own a killer social media strategy that grows engagement, reach, and community.</li><li>Set the tone, define our content pillars, and plan monthly calendars that sync with campaigns and promos.</li></ul>Create, Capture, Edit<ul><li>Shoot, edit, and publish Reels, Stories, and posts that are 100% on-brand and crave-worthy.</li><li>Work closely with chefs, restaurant teams, and influencers to bring the WOK BOYZ experience to life.</li></ul>Engage &amp; Build Community<ul><li>Respond, react, and keep the conversation flowing &mdash; every comment, DM, and mention matters.</li><li>Spot trends, surface fan content, and turn followers into brand advocates.</li></ul>Collab with Creators<ul><li>Find and partner with local influencers who fit our vibe.</li><li>Manage deliverables, track results, and keep the collaborations authentic and fun.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Bring<ul><li>4+ years of experience in social media and content creation (F&amp;B, lifestyle, or hospitality a plus).</li><li>Deep know-how of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook &mdash; what works, what doesn&rsquo;t, and why.</li><li>Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.</li><li>Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, and the new wave of AI tools.</li><li>Fluent in English and confident communicating on- and off-camera.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can you join immediately?</li><li>Are you experienced with photography and videography?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Social media management: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>

Social Media & Content Specialist

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photographer cum Graphic Artist to join our team and help showcase our food, brand, and culture through high-quality visuals.Key Responsibilities:Food, Product and Lifestyle Photography<ul><li>Capture high-quality images of menu items, people, events, and restaurant interiors/exteriors.</li><li>Manage lighting, composition, and editing to produce visually appealing content for marketing campaigns.</li></ul>Graphic Design<ul><li>Design marketing materials including menus, flyers, posters, banners, social media content, and digital ads.</li><li>Ensure all creative output aligns with the restaurant&rsquo;s branding guidelines.</li></ul>Content Creation &amp; Social Media Support<ul><li>Produce engaging photo and video content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and delivery apps.</li></ul>Branding &amp; Visual Identity<ul><li>Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all visual materials.</li><li>Suggest creative concepts to strengthen the restaurant&rsquo;s brand presence in the market.</li></ul>General Support<ul><li>Assist with creative requirements for promotions, special events, and seasonal campaigns.</li><li>Manage and organize digital assets for easy access and future use.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Photographer and Graphic Designer/Artist, preferably in the F&amp;B or hospitality industry.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing food and lifestyle photography and graphic design work.</li><li>Knowledge of photo/video editing techniques, lighting, and composition.</li><li>Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary: AED 4,000 &ndash; 5,000 (depending on experience and skills).</li><li>Employment visa, health insurance, and other benefits as per UAE labour law.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
