Job Summary:At Wolf Innovations, we specialize in residential and commercial construction and remodeling. Our team is passionate about creating high-quality, innovative designs that bring our customers&rsquo; visions to life. We&rsquo;re currently seeking a skilled Designer to join our growing team. As a Designer, you will play a key role in the conceptualization and execution of both interior and exterior design elements. From space planning and material selection to facade concepts and outdoor living environments, you'll bring a cohesive vision that enhances both form and function.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop detailed construction drawings and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)</li><li>Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualizations using 3D software tools (SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Blender)</li><li>Collaborate with customers, designers, engineers and marketing teams to understand project goals and deliver stunning visuals</li><li>Assist with site visits and assessments to gather information for design</li><li>Revise drawings based on feedback and construction progress</li><li>Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of design documents</li><li>Maintain documentation and support construction permitting process</li><li>Ensure consistency and quality across all render outputs</li><li>Stay current with industry trends and new tools</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior/exterior design</li><li>Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.</li><li>Strong sense of spatial planning, color theory, lighting and materials</li><li>Understanding of landscaping and exterior hardscape/softscape design is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of sustainable and eco-conscious materials is a plus</li><li>Experience working on both residential and commercial projects</li><li>Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to balance creativity with customer needs and budget</li></ul>Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person
