 Duties
 
 
 <ul>

 Assist head of Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software for report preparation, correspondence, and scheduling
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Coordinate calendar management and appointment scheduling for CEO
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Handle administrative tasks related to hiring and onboarding of new employees
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Support office management activities such as supply ordering and maintaining office equipment
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to organizational policies
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Support personal assistant duties as needed, including travel arrangements or special project coordination
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Commission tracking, requires math skills and attention to detail
 
 </li>

 Qualifications

 Proven experience in an office environment with strong administrative and clerical capabilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, data-entry tools, and general office software
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in fast-paced environments
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail, including proofreading and ensuring document accuracy
 </li>

 Experience supporting executives with calendar coordination, scheduling, and meeting preparation
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders

 Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort handling multiple priorities simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
