This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to growth and innovation.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience needs.</li><li>Create high-quality, original content including social media posts, blog posts, and multimedia assets.</li><li>Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research, implementing on-page SEO best practices, and analyzing performance metrics.</li><li>Manage content across various platforms using content management systems such as WordPress and other digital tools.</li><li>Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia elements utilizing Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and video editing software.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.</li><li>Manage social media marketing efforts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, utilizing Manychat and Linktree and analyzing engagement data to refine strategies.</li><li>Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.</li><li>Assist in marketing automation processes and click funnels to streamline campaigns and nurture leads effectively through marketing platforms.</li><li>Produce engaging videography and photography content to enhance brand storytelling and digital presence.</li><li>Conduct regular content audits to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with current marketing trends.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in content marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of created content.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in SEO techniques including keyword research, on-page optimization, and analytics interpretation.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro), WordPress, HTML/CSS basics, Canva and content management systems.</li><li>Experience managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok or Instagram with measurable success in engagement growth.</li><li>Familiarity with video editing software for producing short-form videos or tutorials that support marketing campaigns.</li><li>Knowledge of email marketing tools and automation platforms to execute targeted email campaigns effectively.</li><li>Understanding of digital marketing metrics including Google Analytics insights to optimize ongoing efforts.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly within a team environment in a fast-paced setting.
