Job Summary</h2>

Step into the role of Off-Premise Catering Sales Manager with Wolfgang Puck Catering and help expand our world-renowned brand across the Los Angeles market. This dynamic position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who loves building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and bringing memorable events to life. You&rsquo;ll represent a hospitality icon while driving growth behind our offsite events and partnerships, all within a collaborative, creative, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Generate new business through networking, partnerships, referrals, and strategic outreach.</li><li>
Secure and close offsite event bookings, including corporate, social, and branded hospitality experiences.</li><li>
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, driving measurable results and contributing to team goals.</li><li>
Build tailored proposals and contracts that reflect client needs and Wolfgang Puck&rsquo;s premium standards.</li><li>
Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, planners, venue partners, and community collaborators.</li><li>
Identify and pursue new revenue channels and partnerships to drive growth across Southern California.</li><li>
Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to enhance visibility.</li><li>
Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff and exceptional client experience.</li><li>
Maintain accurate tracking of outreach, pipeline, and sales activity in CRM systems.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience strongly considered.</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in off-premise catering, hospitality, events, or B2B environments.</li><li>
Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle and closing high-value opportunities.</li><li>
Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>
Proven ability to develop new client relationships and achieve sales goals.</li><li>
Motivated, organized, and proactive with the support of a collaborative team.</li><li>
Proficient in CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management.</li><li>
A polished, professional presence with a passion for hospitality and creativity.</li></ul></div></div></div>
