This role is ideal for candidates with up to 1 year of experience in software quality assurance who are eager to grow, learn, and contribute within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform end-to-end functional, regression, and UI testing for web and mobile applications (Android &amp; iOS) to ensure functionality, usability, performance, and compatibility across browsers and devices.</li><li>Write and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and checklists based on business requirements and technical specifications.</li><li>Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman to validate backend services and integrations.</li><li>Identify, report, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Trello, or other bug tracking platforms, ensuring clear documentation and follow-up.</li><li>Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to support timely and high-quality releases.</li><li>Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to defining test strategies and quality standards.</li><li>Prepare and maintain test documentation, test reports, and basic release notes, suggesting quality improvements where applicable.</li><li>Perform basic mobile app testing on real devices and emulators/simulators.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Up to 1 year of experience in software quality assurance, with exposure to web and/or mobile application testing.</li><li>Hands-on experience in writing and executing manual test cases for web and mobile applications.</li><li>Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.</li><li>Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, Trello, TestRail, etc.).</li><li>Basic understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum environments.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Good communication and collaboration skills, with a quality-first and user-focused mindset.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Islamabad (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Junior SQA Engineer

Wolfiz Solutions is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate sales for Web Applications and Mobile Applications. The ideal candidate will be an out-of-the-box thinker with proven experience in hunting and converting clients through multiple channels and coordinating with technical teams to close deals.RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Develop and execute outreach strategies for lead generation through LinkedIn, cold emailing, Upwork, referrals, and other relevant platforms.</li><li>Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities from inbound and outbound leads.</li><li>Act as a primary point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders during pre-sales.</li><li>Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.</li><li>Prepare and deliver sales pitches, presentations, proposals, and quotations in line with company procedures.</li><li>Represent the company professionally in meetings, demos, and virtual presentations.</li><li>Respond to RFQs (Requests for Quotations) and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.</li><li>Coordinate with technical teams to align client requirements with proposed solutions.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.</li></ul>EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in IT services sales or business development.</li><li>Experience selling Web Development, Mobile App Development, SaaS, or related IT services is preferred.</li><li>Experience dealing with international clients is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.</li><li>Confident, presentable, and effective in face-to-face and virtual meetings.</li><li>Ability to build rapport quickly over phone, email, and video calls.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.</li><li>Experience with LinkedIn Lead Generation, Sales Navigator, and cold email automation.</li><li>Hands-on experience with tools such as Instantly.io, Dripify, Apollo, or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong networking skills and a professional attitude aligned with company values of Respect, Understanding, Creativity, and Professionalism.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Human Resources: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Islamabad (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
