Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Esthetician to join our vibrant skincare and beauty team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments, enhance clients&rsquo; natural beauty, and provide personalized consultations to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced, energetic setting while building lasting client relationships.Duties<ul><li>Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials and dermaplaning</li><li>Assist MD in esthetic laser treatments and botulinum toxin procedures following safety protocols.</li><li>Promote retail products and sell skincare packages to enhance client results and increase sales.</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized after each use.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, offering expert advice, and creating a relaxing experience.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as an Esthetician or skincare specialist with knowledge of various treatments, prove to have a clientele profolio.</li><li>Familiarity with esthetic treatments</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and retain clients long-term.</li><li>Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetics from an accredited program is required.</li><li>Ability to perform retail sales confidently while providing expert skincare advice.
