 You will report directly to our Director of Flight Operations and you&rsquo;ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
 
 
 In this role, you will impact the overall passenger experience, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and providing top-notch service that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 Assist the flight crew in the safe and efficient conduct of the flight.

 Participate in the Safety Management System to promote safety and risk management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings for passengers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide exceptional customer service and address passenger needs during the flight.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that the appropriate safety equipment is onboard and in operating condition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand the proper use of all safety equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Instruct passengers on the utilization and location of aircraft emergency equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide instructions and assistance to passengers during any aircraft emergency.
 </li>

 Perform specified safety actions as required during onboard emergencies.

 Comprehend all details of the flight as discussed during the pilot briefing.

 Maintain the aircraft cabin, baggage, and galley areas in an orderly, safe, and secure manner.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 YOU MUST HAVE
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Knowledge of culinary arts, food, wine, and menu planning to provide first-class service to corporate passengers.
 </li>
 <li>
 3 plus years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the aviation industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of twelve (12) months experience (or equivalent) as a Flight Attendant on the same or larger type of aircraft than the one assigned.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with the specific aircraft type to which they are assigned.
 </li>
 <li>
 Possession of a certificate from an approved Flight Attendant Training organization, as determined by the Manager, Passenger Services and the Vice President, Flight Operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to pass a company pre-employment physical examination, including a drug screening test.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to pass a background investigation conducted by Honeywell&rsquo;s Security.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations.
 </li>

 Proficiency in first aid and emergency response techniques.

 The Opportunity
 
 
 
 The MassMutual Aviation Team is looking for a Full-Time Flight Attendant to join our multi-aircraft Part 91 operation based at Bradley International Airport (BDL). The ideal candidate will be a team player that is flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities to provide a superior level of service to the passengers. This position provides an exceptional level of personal services to ensure the safety and comfort of aircraft passengers during flight. You will greet passengers, provide safety briefings, explain the use of safety equipment, prepare, and serve food and beverages.

 Notifies the Pilot-in-Command immediately of any emergency situation in the cabin
 </li>
 <li>
 Remains proficient in all aircraft safety equipment
 </li>

 Plans menus, accommodates allergies and special diets, orders catering, shops, and prepares food for passengers and crew
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures food safety
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures all safety, galley, and cabin equipment is ready for flight

 Conducts appropriate passenger safety briefings
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides excellent customer service to passengers
 </li>

 Prepares the passengers and cabin for departure and arrival in compliance with FAA regulations

 The Minimum Qualifications

 1+ years of experience as a Flight Attendant with an airline, corporate flight department, or government agency
 </li>

 High school diploma or GED
 </li>
 <li>
 Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be currently authorized to work in the US, without requiring any future sponsorship
 </li>
 <li>
 First aid training, to include adult and Infant CPR certification
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to manage a constantly changing schedule and late-night flights
 </li>
 <li>
 Available to fly on short notice (2-hour response if on Standby)
 </li>

 Must reside within a 90-minute drivable commute range from BDL
 </li>

 Must be able to lift supplies weighing approximately 25 to 30 pounds, from floor level to waist high repeatedly

 Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations

 Must have strong organization skills and be detail oriented
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with demonstrated abilities to communicate effectively with employees at all levels

 Flight attendant specific training from Flight Safety, FACTs or similar is preferred. Annual recurrent training is required
 </li>
 <li>
 Emergency Medical Response (EMR) training is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of culinary arts, food, wine, and menu planning to accommodate first class service to corporate passengers
 </li>
 <li>
 Technologically savvy and able to use a computer (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), smartphone and iPad device
