 Overview
 
 
 
 Timely and accurate processing of documents received by mail and/or electronic upload for the SGWS and other departments within established guidelines.
 
 
 
 Primary Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Scan all documents received and processed by SGWS and all divisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Index (early archiving) all invoices into a proper workflow
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare documents for late archiving/scanning for Accounts Payable, Inventory Costing, General Ledger, and Supplier billing departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures that all W-9's (Independent contractor tax forms) are scanned and linked to a vendor number
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate data capture technology to import digitized documents into the document management system
 </li>
 <li>
 Make corrections to scanned images as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Support internal and external audit activities, as required, to ensure that auditors are provided with the necessary information to complete their audits timely
 </li>
 <li>
 Open, sort, and stamp incoming mail, and mail out Payable Account checks
 </li>
 <li>
 Print and mail Supplier Billing invoices and statements
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform filing duties, which may include 'purging' and archiving old documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain electronically transmitted supplier s credits/invoices
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other job-related duties as assigned

 Minimum Qualifications

 High school diploma or equivalency plus 1-year experience
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 2-5 years of Data Entry environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical/problem solving, problem management, presentation development, presentation, and communications skills
 </li>

 Knowledge and experience with an Imaging System
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of standard Document Management concepts, practices, and procedures

 The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $53,040.00 to $66,300.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
 
 
 
 Position Summary
 
 
 
 The Coordinator, Market Supply Services is responsible for managing all logistics, documentation, and compliance activities related to the international shipment of finished goods and bulk spirits. This role ensures on time, accurate, and compliant exports through close coordination with internal teams, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and international customers. The Market Supply Services Coordinator supports the company's global supply chain strategy by delivering world-class service and flawless execution in all export-related processes.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Export Operations &amp; Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage end‑to‑end export shipment processes for finished goods and bulk spirits, including booking, documentation, scheduling, and track‑and‑trace.
 </li>

 Coordinate with production, warehousing, quality, customer service, and freight partners to ensure on-time shipping readiness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange transportation via ocean, air, truck, or multimodal freight, ensuring cost‑effective and timely delivery.

 Qualifications &amp; Experience:

 Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, or related field preferred

 2- 5 years of experience in export logistics, preferably in beverage alcohol, CPG, or manufacturing
