 Job Description
 
 
 
 
 
 Job duties:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Utilize a variety of tools to include MS Excel and JBLC slotting tools to evaluate slotting locations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assign pick locations for new items for optimal picking and replenishment considering balancing work load across multiple work zones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use slotting strategies for all new product releases, to include limited releases, seasonal products, and historical sales patterns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze historical and forecast data to determine product placement for existing items in an effort to optimize worker productivity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate Moves List for items that require location changes based on sales and JBLC slotting tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with Warehouse Manager and all warehouse employees for creative and innovative slotting to include slot capacities, location accuracy and safety concerns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assign and maintain permanent locations and capacities in WMS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Dynamically slot products by using company tools to decrease pick times and replenishment activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties as assigned by warehouse manager on as-needed basis.

 Job Requirements

 <li>
 High school graduate or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability and experience operating a pallet jack and forklift equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Microsoft office proficiencies (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using a WMS (Warehouse Management System)
 </li>
 <li>
 Verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all levels of an organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and to make sound decisions

 Overview
 
 
 
 Timely and accurate processing of documents received by mail and/or electronic upload for the SGWS and other departments within established guidelines.
 
 
 
 Primary Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Scan all documents received and processed by SGWS and all divisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Index (early archiving) all invoices into a proper workflow
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare documents for late archiving/scanning for Accounts Payable, Inventory Costing, General Ledger, and Supplier billing departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures that all W-9's (Independent contractor tax forms) are scanned and linked to a vendor number
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate data capture technology to import digitized documents into the document management system
 </li>
 <li>
 Make corrections to scanned images as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Support internal and external audit activities, as required, to ensure that auditors are provided with the necessary information to complete their audits timely
 </li>
 <li>
 Open, sort, and stamp incoming mail, and mail out Payable Account checks
 </li>
 <li>
 Print and mail Supplier Billing invoices and statements
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform filing duties, which may include 'purging' and archiving old documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain electronically transmitted supplier s credits/invoices
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other job-related duties as assigned

 Minimum Qualifications

 High school diploma or equivalency plus 1-year experience

 At least 2-5 years of Data Entry environment

 Excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical/problem solving, problem management, presentation development, presentation, and communications skills

 Knowledge and experience with an Imaging System
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of standard Document Management concepts, practices, and procedures

 The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $53,040.00 to $66,300.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location.  Position Summary
 
 
 
 The Coordinator, Market Supply Services is responsible for managing all logistics, documentation, and compliance activities related to the international shipment of finished goods and bulk spirits. This role ensures on time, accurate, and compliant exports through close coordination with internal teams, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and international customers. The Market Supply Services Coordinator supports the company's global supply chain strategy by delivering world-class service and flawless execution in all export-related processes.

 Export Operations &amp; Coordination

 Manage end‑to‑end export shipment processes for finished goods and bulk spirits, including booking, documentation, scheduling, and track‑and‑trace.
