 The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $53,040.00 to $66,300.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
 
 
 
 Position Summary
 
 
 
 The Coordinator, Market Supply Services is responsible for managing all logistics, documentation, and compliance activities related to the international shipment of finished goods and bulk spirits. This role ensures on time, accurate, and compliant exports through close coordination with internal teams, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and international customers. The Market Supply Services Coordinator supports the company's global supply chain strategy by delivering world-class service and flawless execution in all export-related processes.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Export Operations &amp; Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage end‑to‑end export shipment processes for finished goods and bulk spirits, including booking, documentation, scheduling, and track‑and‑trace.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with production, warehousing, quality, customer service, and freight partners to ensure on-time shipping readiness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange transportation via ocean, air, truck, or multimodal freight, ensuring cost‑effective and timely delivery.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Documentation &amp; Compliance
 
 
 
 Prepare And Validate All Export Documentation, Such As
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Commercial Invoices
 </li>
 <li>
 Packing Lists
 </li>
 <li>
 Bills of Lading
 </li>
 <li>
 Certificates of Origin
 </li>
 <li>
 TTB-required documents (e.g., CBMA, DSP-to-DSP transfers, Export Declarations)
 </li>

 Dangerous Goods declarations (if applicable)
 
 
 </li>

 Ensure Compliance With

 TTB (Alcohol &amp; Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau)
 </li>

 U.S. Customs &amp; Border Protection (CBP)

 International trade regulations (Incoterms, HTS codes)

 Country‑specific import requirements
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Maintain accurate export files for audit readiness.
 
 
 Customer &amp; Partner Communication
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as primary point-of-contact for customers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, and brokers regarding export shipments
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide timely updates on freight status and resolve issues proactively
 </li>
 <li>
 Support international customers with documentation and shipping inquiries
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Logistics Optimization
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for export workflows
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to streamline documentation and automate workflows
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Data Management &amp; Reporting
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain shipment and export records in ERP or TMS systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Track key KPIs such as on-time shipment performance and Case Fill Rate
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide monthly/quarterly reporting to supply chain leadership
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, or related field preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 2- 5 years of experience in export logistics, preferably in beverage alcohol, CPG, or manufacturing
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of:
 </li>
 <li>
 Export documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Incoterms
 </li>
 <li>
 HTS classification
 </li>
 <li>
 TTB regulations for beverage alcohol
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in ERP and logistics systems; Excel strong skills required
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Knowledge of bulk alcohol movement regulations (e.g., DSP transfers) highly preferred
