The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to newborns requiring intensive medical attention and support. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our youngest patients and their families.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide direct patient care to new-borns in the NICU, including assessment, monitoring, and intervention as needed.</li><li>Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and established protocols.</li><li>Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.</li><li>Monitor and maintain equipment and technology used in the NICU, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.</li><li>Educate and support parents and families in caring for their new-borns, including breastfeeding support, developmental care, and discharge planning.</li><li>Document all patient care activities, assessments, and interventions accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety initiatives, and professional development activities.</li><li>Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.</li><li>Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, patients, and families, demonstrating empathy, compassion, and professionalism.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 02 years of experience working as an RN in a NICU setting.</li><li>Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (preferred).</li><li>Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.</li><li>Commitment to providing family-centered care and supporting the emotional needs of patients and families.</li><li>Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
