Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:<ul><li>Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.) aligned with overall brand goals.</li><li>Manage content calendars, campaigns, and community engagement to grow followers and enhance brand visibility.</li><li>Analyze social media insights and performance metrics to continuously optimize strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful storytelling.</li></ul>Performance Marketing:<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads).</li><li>Drive measurable results in terms of reach, engagement, traffic, lead generation, and conversions.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and generate performance reports.</li><li>Implement A/B testing and continuously refine targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.</li></ul>YouTube Management:<ul><li>Manage and grow the brand&rsquo;s YouTube channels.</li><li>Develop strategies for audience growth, engagement, and retention.</li><li>Manage and Schedule Chanel Content.</li><li>Optimize videos for SEO titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails, and playlists.</li><li>Plan and execute YouTube ad campaigns, including skippable/non-skippable ads, bumper ads, and discovery campaigns.</li><li>Track performance analytics and adjust strategy accordingly.</li></ul>SEO &amp; SEM:<ul><li>Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits for website and digital content.</li><li>Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve ranking and organic traffic.</li><li>Manage SEM campaigns on Google Ads and other search engines.</li><li>Optimize landing pages for maximum conversion.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.</li><li>Proven expertise in performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and YouTube marketing.</li><li>Strong command of ad platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).</li><li>Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.</li><li>Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.</li></ul>Timing: 9:00am-5:00pm/ Mon-SatJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Social Media Specialist: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
