Key Responsibilities- To assist in devising the strategy for networking and engagement of high net worth individuals.- To engage local business, high net-worth individuals and corporate for seeking donations for cancer support.- Key Accounts Servicing &ndash; nurturing relationship with top donors.- Maintain and update the top donor profile database.- Identification and networking with individuals, trade associations and other groups/bodies for fundraising in the region.- Facilitate in enhancing the supporter database (phone, emails &amp; addresses) being maintained in the centralized database.- Reactivation of dormant top donors accounts.- To assist in executing large scale fundraising campaigns like Zakat, Hide Collection, Cancer Awareness Campaigns and any other campaign of the hospital.- To obtain in-kind donations (property, equipment, jewelry and any other items) that can be fruitful to the organization.- Provide market feedback regarding competitor activities and any other important information and observation deemed necessary.Qualification: BBA degree from recognized Institutions.Work Experience: 3-4 years relevant experience requiredRequirements:- Must posses strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.- Strong presentation skills and good relationship management.- Prior experience in sales, fundraising and or business development- Ensure accomplishment of fundraising target.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>fundraising: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
