About the Rotational Program</b></p></div><div><p>
Our two-year Supply Chain Development program offers recent graduates three 8-month rotations starting in June 2026, providing comprehensive hands-on experience across our entire supply chain operations. About the role</b></p></div><div><p>
The <b>Sourcing</b><b> Associate</b> will play a key role in building and managing Wonder&rsquo;s supply base for fresh produce, proteins, dairy, and specialty ingredients. This role blends analytical rigor with relationship management, ensuring we source the highest quality products at competitive costs while maintaining reliability, compliance, and sustainability. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about food and supply chain innovation.</p></div><p></p><div><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Partner with the merchant team to identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers across multiple food categories.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Support negotiations with suppliers to secure cost savings, quality improvements, and service-level commitments.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Analyze commodity markets, pricing trends, and supplier performance data to drive sourcing strategies</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Assist in managing RFPs, contracts, and purchase agreements in collaboration with Legal and Operations.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Monitor supplier compliance with food safety, quality assurance, and sustainability standards.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>

The experience you have</b></p><div><ul><li><p>
Bachelor's Degree with an expected graduation date of December 2025 &ndash; May 2026.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Academic background in Supply Chain, Business, Food Science, Agribusiness, or a related field.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
1&ndash;2 years of experience in procurement, food sourcing, or supply chain (internship experience considered).</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; bonus points for SQL, Tableau, or other BI tools.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection.
