About The Opportunity
As a Sr Analyst - Merchant Network Strategy &amp; Analytics you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that directly impact strategic decision-making and drive business growth. You will also be the architect of a connected ecosystem of dashboards and reports that empower teams across the business to move faster, smarter, and more confidently. Maintain a Central Source of Truth: Establish, document, and maintain a &ldquo;Source of Truth&rdquo; for company-wide metrics. Drive consistency in metric definitions, data sources, and reporting methodologies across the organization.</li><li>
Drive Reporting Automation and Scalability: Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting tasks and streamline dashboard creation. Build scalable reporting frameworks and reusable templates to support future business growth. Work to optimize reporting tools, dashboards, and data collection methods, ensuring that data presented to stakeholders is both accurate and timely.</li><li>

What You Bring to the Table<ul><li>
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a Data, Business Intelligence, or Analytics role, with a proven track record of leading advanced data analyses and providing actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions, and a demonstrated ability to develop impactful dashboards and reporting tools that drive business decision-making.</li><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree or certifications in data science, business analytics, or related areas is a plus.</li><li>
Technical Skills:</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).</li><li>
Familiarity with data modeling, cleaning, and transformation best practices.</li><li>
Exposure to Python for data analysis, modeling &amp; automation, analysis, and data pipeline optimization is preferred.</li><li>

About The Opportunity
The Finance Operations team at Wonder is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Associate, Payroll (tax payroll experience required). This role will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, inclusive of review of timesheets and manager training. Additionally, this role will collaborate closely with our HRBPs and field managers to iterate and improve payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have prior payroll processing and labor tax experience, thrives in a collaborate environment, and excels at problem solving. 

The Impact You Will Make<ul><li>
Oversee and review quarterly/periodic tax filings by our third-party vendor, ADP.</li><li>
Track federal, state, and local tax legislation to ensure systems like Workday or ADP are updated.</li><li>
Federal, state, and local payroll tax reconciliations and review annual payroll tax filings, including Form 941</li><li>
Process W-2 amendments and corrections in both Workday and ADP, researching and resolving payroll tax discrepancies as needed.</li><li>
Manage state withholding and unemployment tax accounts, inclusive of opening and closing accounts, ensuring accurate setup and ongoing compliance across systems.</li><li>
Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, providing exceptional customer service and support.</li><li>
Creation and maintenance of payroll SOPs.</li></ul>
What You Bring to the Table<ul><li>
3-5 years in payroll processing and quarterly/period tax filing review.</li><li>
Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.</li><li>
Proficiency in Workday Payroll, HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking a plus.</li><li>

About The Opportunity
As an Associate in the Restaurant Success team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and nurturing relationships with restaurants within the SMB organization. Your primary responsibility will be managing an assigned book of business, with a focus on retention and engagement. Resolve inquiries quickly to develop trust and ultimately win loyalty with restaurant owners.</li><li>
