About the role</b></p><p>
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced <b>HR Business Partner (HRBP)</b> to support our dynamic <b>Technology, Product, and Supply Chain</b> teams. This role will report directly to the <b>Director, HRBP</b>.</p><p></p><p>
In this position, you'll be a strategic partner to our business leaders, working closely with them to align people strategies with business objectives. You'll be instrumental in fostering a positive and inclusive culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the continued success and growth of our teams.</p><p></p><p>

Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p><b>
Strategic Partnership:</b> Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing coaching and guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, career development, and organizational design.</p></li><li><p><b>
Employee Relations:</b> Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.</p></li><li><p><b>
Talent Management:</b> Partner with leaders to develop and implement talent strategies, including succession planning, high-potential programs, and performance review cycles.</p></li><li><p><b>
Organizational Development:</b> Help leaders build and maintain effective teams. Identify and address training needs, and help facilitate team-building and change management initiatives.</p></li><li><p><b>
Compensation &amp; Benefits:</b> Work with the People team and leaders to manage compensation cycles and provide guidance on pay decisions, promotions, and job leveling.</p></li><li><p><b>
Data &amp; Analytics:</b> Use data to identify trends and proactively develop solutions to improve the employee experience.</p></li><li><p><b>
Culture &amp; Engagement:</b> Champion Wonder's culture and values. Develop and implement programs that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.</p></li><li><p><b>
HR Programs:</b> Lead and/or support the implementation of company-wide HR programs and initiatives within your client groups.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
The experience you have</b></p><ul><li><p>
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>
5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with at least 2 years supporting Technology, Product, or Supply Chain teams.</p></li><li><p>
Strong knowledge of HR best practices.</p></li><li><p>
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.</p></li><li><p>
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.</p></li><li><p>
Demonstrated experience in managing complex employee relations cases.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.</p></li><li><p>
Experience with HRIS systems.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>
Experience in a startup or high-growth company.</p></li><li><p>
PHR or SHRM-CP certification.</p></li><li><p>
Experience with compensation planning and analysis.</p></li><li><p>
Experience working with a distributed or remote workforce.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Base Salary: </b>$128,000 per year.</p><p></p><p>
Wonder Group uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.</p><p></p><p>
Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome&mdash;and encouraged&mdash;to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
