The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, a keen eye for visual storytelling, and proficiency in industry-standard editing software. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into high-quality, engaging video content for various platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assemble, edit, and enhance raw video footage into polished, finished products that align with project goals and brand guidelines.</li><li>Work with producers, directors, and the creative team to understand project scope and deliver on the desired narrative and creative vision.</li><li>Implement advanced editing techniques, including color correction/grading, sound mixing/audio enhancement, and motion graphics integration.</li><li>Manage and organize all raw media and project files efficiently to maintain a clean and streamlined post-production workflow.</li><li>Review and incorporate feedback from stakeholders efficiently and accurately to finalize edits.</li><li>Ensure all final video exports are correctly formatted and optimized for various distribution channels (e.g., social media, YouTube, website, broadcast).</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software, equipment, and industry trends to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our content.</li><li>Meet all project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously under a tight schedule.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of proven professional experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.</li><li>Expert proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).</li><li>Demonstrable experience with color correction/grading and audio editing/mixing.</li><li>Solid understanding of storytelling, visual pacing, continuity, and an exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work and technical editing abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of various video formats, codecs, and file optimization techniques for web and mobile platforms.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)<ul><li>Experience with Motion Graphics and Visual Effects software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).</li><li>Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).</li><li>Experience shooting/capturing raw footage (understanding of basic cinematography and lighting).</li><li>Experience creating content for a specific niche (e.g., Social Media, Corporate, Documentary, E-Learning).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
