The award-winning team at Wonder is seeking Window and Door Installation Experts for consistent and year-round work. 
 
Wonder is looking for professional independent contractors capable of excellent window and door installs (Pocket Installs and FFRR Installs) and providing exceptional customer experience. If you are a capable independent contractor that does not want to chase down your own leads for a consistent work schedule, let us do that for you! 
 
Our model typically consists of two-man crews per job. Many of our partners run multiple teams depending on their own operation. We offer consistent volume and a proven process for managing jobs and payment.

Compensation:
<ul><li>Based on subcontractor rate sheet, with average weekly earnings ranging from $1,500&ndash;$6,000</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Driver's License</li>
<li>Communication skills</li>
<li>Liability Insurance, Workers Comp Insurance, Auto Insurance</li>
<li>Construction experience (e.g., carpentry, window/door installation, brake work)</li>
<li>Certified LEAD RRP</li>
<li>LLC established or created</li>
<li>Customer service</li>
<li>Work Vehicle (Box Truck preferred)</li>
<li>Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding</li>
</ul>
 
Job Summary:
<ul><li>Responsible for the professional installation of replacement windows and doors according to industry best practices and Wonder installation standards</li>
<li>Must be capable of lifting, when necessary, heavy materials into place to perform their job function.</li>
<li>In some cases, installation will require the ability to work in a confined space and in various types of weather.</li>
<li>Crews are responsible for accurate documentation and photo submission via our project management system</li>
<li>Maintain clean and safe job sites, with proper disposal of job site debris</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process</li>
</ul>
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Ability to safely use power tools.</li>
<li>The ability to use a metal brake to trim windows and doors.</li>
<li>Work on a ladder or scaffolding as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to our job specifications.</li>
<li>Load and transport job materials to the job site.</li>
<li>Prep and repair exterior siding or existing window trim features.</li>
<li>Reviewing project details with customers in their home.</li>
<li>Collect payment from customers at substantial completion of job.</li>
</ul>
