The ideal candidate will have:<ul><li>A warm and friendly, honest, and loving personality to interact perfectly well with children.</li><li>Be able to interact and establish a positive relationship with the children&rsquo;s families.</li><li>Be able to prepare and maintain the classroom environment in which the Montessori approach to education is implemented.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 2-4 years.</li><li>Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.</li><li>Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.</li><li>Observe and assess children's progress and communicate with parents about their child's development.</li><li>Collaborate with other staff members to plan and coordinate curriculum activities.</li><li>Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Early Childhood Education or Any related</li><li>Possess an Association Montessori International (AMI) diploma or a Montessori diploma.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a nursery or preschool setting.</li><li>First aid certification is preferred.</li><li>Passion for working with young children and creating a supportive learning environment.</li><li>Resident Visa preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>uae teaching: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>
