<ul><li>Cost Analysis:Analyze project documents, blueprints, and plans to identify all necessary components and associated costs.</li><li>Research &amp; Quotes:Contact vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain accurate quotes for materials, labor, and services.</li><li>Budget Creation:Develop detailed cost estimates, bids, and final budgets for projects, ensuring they are comprehensive and accurate.</li><li>Risk Assessment:Identify and factor in potential risks, such as material price fluctuations, weather delays, and labor issues, into the cost forecast.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Presentation:Compile and present detailed cost reports, bids, and analyses to project managers, clients, and senior management.</li><li>Collaboration:Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project scope and specifications.</li><li>Tracking &amp; Monitoring:Monitor project progress and actual costs, comparing them against the initial estimates and making adjustments as needed.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
