 Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 You must be admitted in Pennsylvania &ndash; no exceptions. Those that are still in law school and/or have not yet taken the bar exam need not apply
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in handling complex discovery, law and motion, and status and evaluation reporting, as well as taking depositions are a must
 </li>
 <li>
 Litigation and arbitration experience is required, with trial experience a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent writing skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent time management and organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong client relationship skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
 </li>
 <li>
 Functions effectively as part of a team while having a professional and pleasant demeanor
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to respond timely and effectively in a team atmosphere
 </li>
 <li>
