<div>Our luxury country club in Boca Raton is seeking an Steward Supervisor :to oversee the activities of all stewards, utility and contract service workers. They will monitor and implement proper cleaning and sanitation practices in all the kitchens. They also control the storage and inventory of all china, glass and silver and is involved with the creative enhancement of all food and beverage displays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
<ul><li>Manage the work load and ensure that the team is working efficiently.</li>
<li>Manage the hours the staff is working to ensure they are not working overtime without approval.</li>
<li>Coordinate the work of non-cooking kitchen and storeroom workers engaged in activities such as dishwashing, silver cleaning, and storage.</li>
<li>Inventory control of all food and beverage china, glass, silver and equipment.</li>
<li>Inspect the kitchens and storerooms to ensure that premises and equipment are clean and in good working order.</li>
<li>Help guard against theft, breakage, and wastage.</li>
<li>Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.</li>
<li>Wash dishes and pots.</li>
<li>Set up buffets.</li>
<li>Ensure all work areas are safe and secure, and report any unsafe conditions to the Chief Steward, Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef.</li>
<li>Maintain the highest sanitary conditions.</li>
<li>Store dishes and pots in appropriate areas.</li>
<li>Report dishwasher problems to your manager on duty.</li>
<li>Be aware of proper dishwashing temperatures.</li>
<li>Understand and follow all department policies and procedures, as well as all Club policies and procedures.</li>
</ul>
REQUIREMENTS:
<ul><li>Must have experience working within high-volume kitchen</li>
<li>Must have ability to maintain product inventory, uphold quality standards</li>
<li>Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Must be flexible to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul>

Steward Supervisor

<div>Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, Florida is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant :for our public areas. The Attendant tends to industrial laundering machines to clean articles such as table linens, tablecloths, towels, wiping, cloths, bags, sacks, and work clothes by performing the following duties. 
Must be able to work Weekends and Holidays.: 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: :
<ul><li>Cleans lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.</li>
<li>Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.</li>
<li>Dusts furniture, cleans windows, door panels, and window sills.</li>
<li>Empties wastebaskets.</li>
<li>Transports trash and waste to disposal area.</li>
<li>Replenishes bathroom supplies.</li>
<li>Reports any FF&amp;E deficiencies to Housekeeper Manager or Clubhouse Manager.</li>
<li>Completes daily special projects as assigned by Housekeeper Manager.</li>
<li>Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas.</li>
<li>Loads articles into water and adds specified amount of detergent, soap or other cleaning agents. Turns valve to fill washer with water. Starts industrial washing machine that automatically washes and rinses articles.</li>
<li>Lifts clean, wet articles from industrial washer and places them successively into industrial wringers and industrial driers for measured time cycles. Sorts dried articles according to identification number or type.</li>
<li>Utilizes industrial press machine, presses articles as needed including table linens, tablecloths, etc.</li>
<li>Folds and places item in appropriate storage bin. Lubricates machines.</li>
<li>Based on experience, may dissolve soap granules in hot water and steam to make liquid soap. Mends torn articles. Sorts and counts articles to verify quantities on laundry lists.</li>
<li>Based on experience, may soak contaminated articles in neutralizer solutions in vat to precondition articles for washing, and may mix dyes and bleaches according to formula.</li>
</ul>
REQUIREMENTS:
<ul><li>Excellent service presentation and communication skills</li>
<li>Outgoing personality and sense of urgency</li>
<li>Read, write and speak English, fluently</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from the ground</li>
<li>Be able to operate cleaning equipment, as required</li>
<li>Remain standing and in motion for the full shift</li>
<li>Prior experience in country club or upscale health club, preferred</li>
<li>Availability to work weekends and holidays</li>
