What you will do as a Personal Support Specialist:<ul><li>
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.)</li><li>
Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (using telephone, light housekeeping, meal preparation/service, etc.)</li><li>
Respond to resident call lights promptly</li><li>
Perform scheduled resident activities as assigned</li><li>
Accurately document care provisions or changes in resident statuses.</li></ul>

Requirements:

What you&rsquo;ll bring to the role:<ul><li>
Must be 18 years of age</li><li>
Must commit to obtaining PSS certification within 120 days of hire.</li><li>
Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella, Influenza.</li><li>
Strong command of the English language with the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision</li></ul></div>
