We are seeking experienced Painting Subcontractors to join our team for ongoing residential and commercial outdoor construction projects.Position Summary: The Painting Subcontractor is responsible for providing professional painting and finishing services on wood, PVC, and other materials used in our outdoor structures. This includes painting, staining, and sealing to protect and enhance the beauty and durability of custom built projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform high quality painting, staining, and finishing work on decks, pergolas, gazebos, pavilions, and sun/3 season rooms</li><li>Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming as needed</li><li>Apply paints, stains, sealers, and protective coatings according to project specifications</li><li>Ensure consistent color, finish, and coverage quality</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols</li><li>Communicate and coordinate with project managers and site leads to meet schedules and quality standards</li><li>Provide and maintain your own tools and equipment needed to complete assigned work</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as a professional painter or finishing subcontractor in residential or commercial work</li><li>Skilled in brush, roller, and spray applications</li><li>Knowledge of paints, stains, and sealers designed for exterior wood and composite materials</li><li>Strong attention to detail and dedication to high quality craftsmanship</li><li>Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites as needed</li><li>Ability to work efficiently, independently, and complete projects on time</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with outdoor construction projects</li><li>Familiarity with pressure treated lumber, cedar, and composite materials</li><li>Ability to provide professional references and examples of previous work</li></ul>Why Partner with Woodridge Deck &amp; Gazebo Co.:<ul><li>Consistent flow of quality projects</li><li>On time payments and professional scheduling</li><li>Opportunity to collaborate with an established and respected outdoor construction company</li></ul>Job Type: ContractWork Location: In person
