As a Treatment Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall function of assigned program, direct supervision of counselor staff, and clinical treatment of assigned patient charts.
Salary From: $62,000 Annually
Job Type: Full-time
Required certification or license: IAODAPCA certification CADC or IC&amp;RC Counselor certification CRADC, CSADC, CAADC or LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC and relevant experience.

As a Treatment Supervisor, you will help organize and oversee the daily clinical activities in areas as assigned; assist in supervising staff; communicating with staff, patients and family; and ensuring that the facility offers the highest level of patient care.</h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Primary Duties and Responsibilities</h3>
Maintains employee schedules that provide adequate coverage to ensure safety for both clients and employees. Contact for referral sources &amp; maintains positive relationships, resolves problems and projects a positive image of the agency at all times. Develops and implements systems to organize and monitor work activities.<ul><li>
In conjunction with Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Director, or Executive Director maintain and/or enhance programmatic goals and objectives.</li><li>
Required to provide some direct services during periods of department staff shortages.</li><li>
Structures, implements and facilitates new employee on-the-job orientation as needed.</li><li>
Identify on-going staff training needs and provide training as needed.</li><li>
Monitor counselor maintenance of patient charts for adherence to quality assurance standards and clarity of documentation of patient&rsquo;s progress in treatment.</li><li>
Facilitate didactic and therapeutic groups and document for each patient in attendance.</li><li>
Oversee case management, referral and referent contact services provided by counselors.</li><li>
Provide direct clinical treatment to assigned patients in a manner which meets quality assurance standards and is clear in its documentation of patient&rsquo;s progress in treatment.</li></ul>
Education and Experience:<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in social work, psychology, counseling, sociology. Preferred.</li><li>
Three (3) years&rsquo; experience working with Substance abuse.</li><li>
Supervisory experience.</li><li>
Two (2) years of social service management experience. Preferred</li><li>
Ability to work independently.</li><li>
CADC, LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW required.</li><li>
Ability to exercise discretion and use independent judgment in making decisions.</li><li>
Ability to promote positive behavior and manage resistant behavior.</li><li>
At least twenty-one (21) years of age.</li><li>
Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.</li></ul>
