*Starting pay of $19.25/hour . Pay based on training and experiences. Hours will be 7:30-5:30 4 days/week. No weekends. (Introduction to the Child Care Profession &amp; Skills and Strategies for the Child Care Teacher, and Fundamentals of Infant/Toddler Care or at least 3 credits in child development/ECE). AND have at least 240 hours of experience and be qualified on the Registry as a Teacher. (Level 3)<ul><li>Guaranteed 40 hour week (we do not send employees home when ratios are met)</li><li>Regular Hires Only : Generous benefit package that includes vacation and sick time earned from first day of employment, health insurance for employee and their family (the Center pays a portion of the premiums), paid breaks, discretionary professional development funds, and more.
