Job Summary</b></div><div></div><div><br>
Responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of training courses and materials that align with Woods Services mission. Conducts training courses for all levels of the Woods Services, Woods Community Services, RL Health, and other Woods System of Care affiliates.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Conducts training courses for all levels of the organization, including Woods System of Care affiliates, as directed by the Training Manager, Director of Training and Development, or VP of Employee Success and Engagement.</li><li>
Assists with developing and conducting assessments to identify organizational skills and knowledge gaps, performance issue, and other trends to identify training needs.</li><li>
Researches, designs, develops, and updates training materials, including manuals, desktop procedures, bulletins, training modules (instructor led and computer based), participant evaluation forms and testing.</li><li>
Assists in the coordination and implementation of customized Orientation programs including actual training of courses, equipment and material setup, and monitors instructors and other Training Department employees throughout the Orientation program. Also responsible for room arrangements and setups and monitors participant learning and testing.</li><li>
Responsible for conducting certifying courses in CPR, First Aid, Smith Driver, Ukeru, SMART, and other applicable skilled areas, as well as non-certifying courses in all other topic areas. Conducts training courses on all three shifts.</li><li>
Responsible for maintaining all required instructor certifications.</li><li>
Recommends and assists in the selection of external resources as required.</li><li>
Participates in quality improvement processes through the monitoring and evaluation of training activities and trainers/presenters and reports results to manager, along with recommendations for improvement as appropriate.</li><li>
Ensures timely submission of all paperwork and documentation related to training classes and activities, to ensure accurate employee training records.</li><li>
Must stay abreast of training, development, learning materials, methods and techniques, learning technology such as PowerPoint, Computer Learning, Audio and video Productions, and their possible application to current and planned training programs.</li><li>
Must be familiar with all the competencies necessary for quality direct care service throughout all Woods programs.</li><li>
Responsible for maintaining a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization.</li><li>
Provides input in establishing training department objectives, strategies, policies, and processes for Woods training programs.</li><li>
Performs all other duties as assigned by the Training Manager, Director of Training and Development, VP of Employee Success &amp; Engagement, or their designee.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human services, human resources, organizational development, or a related field required. Experience at Woods Services, a Woods System of Care affiliate, or in a training role preferred.</li><li>
Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to motivate and engage others.
</li><li>Must have strong customer service orientation, with ability to work well on teams, collaborate, and contribute positively in groups.
</li><li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience designing training materials/courses using instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM preferred. Experience working with children and adults with special needs is a plus.</li><li>
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., be agile, physically able to perform and train physical restraints, must be able to bend, squat, kneel, stretch, reach, push and stand for several hours at a time.</li><li>
Must possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license and must complete Smith driving upon hire.</li></ul><div><b>

</b></div><div>The Talent Acquisition Compliance Assistant plays a key role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding functions within the Woods System of Care. This position is responsible for completing employment verifications and reference checks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and auditing HR files for new hires to ensure compliance and accuracy. The compliance assistant processes intern requests, verifies all required documentation&mdash;including background clearances&mdash;and assists with coordinating job and career fair activities.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Completes employment verifications and reference checks for Woods System of Care Recruiters.</li><li>
Processes intern requests and reviews / audits required documents for interns including clearances.</li><li>
Reviews Applicant Tracking System to ensure assigned requisitions and candidates are updated / screened and documented.</li><li>
Verifies that required hiring steps are properly completed.</li><li>
Prints, reviews and audits human resource files for new hires.</li><li>
Assists the recruiting department in preparing for job/career fairs.</li><li>
Upholds the confidentiality of all records.</li><li>
Reviews / audits referral bonuses for current employees in the applicant tracking system.</li><li>
Assists within the Human Resources Department as necessary.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned or as become necessary.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent is required.
</li><li>Computer literacy is required.
</li><li>One year of office experience is preferred.
</li><li>Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and previous filing and/or human resources/recruiting experience helpful.
</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.</li></ul><div><b>
