Marketing Coordinator Full-Time | Portland, OR | $55&ndash;$60k + Perks | Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 flex day)Woolly Made is a Portland-based design studio crafting premium leather goods for everyday carry, home, and office. We&rsquo;re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our small, creative team and help expand our growing brand in the direct-to-consumer and promotional products industries.This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career (1&ndash;5 years&rsquo; experience) who is highly organized and thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to wear many hats across digital marketing, content creation, customer engagement, and brand strategy.What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>Coordinate planning, timelines, and projects</li><li>Manage CRM and email campaigns (HubSpot)</li><li>Engage in outreach activities for new customer segments and markets</li><li>Create and share engaging content for social media and digital channels</li><li>Support product and lifestyle photography/editing, graphic design, and copywriting</li><li>Maintain and update our Shopify website and online marketplaces</li><li>Conduct research to support growth initiatives and partnerships</li></ul>What we&rsquo;re looking for:<ul><li>1&ndash;5 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house)</li><li>Excellent writing and content creation skills</li><li>Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator (InDesign a plus)</li><li>Experience with HubSpot, Shopify, or similar platforms</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative</li></ul>Perks:<ul><li>$55&ndash;$60k annual salary</li><li>1FTE</li><li>Health stipend</li><li>Two weeks PTO/ year + 10 paid holidays</li><li>Free parking + walkable office near restaurants and the waterfront</li><li>Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 remote flex day per week</li><li>Employee Discount</li><li>A small, creative, and connected team</li></ul>How to Apply: Email your resume and a brief cover letter (design portfolio or work sample a plus) to hello@woollymade.com.Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Portland, OR 97209
