Job Description 
<ul><li>
Coordinate and monitor import air &amp; ocean shipments from origin to final delivery.</li><li>
Prepare and review shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List.</li><li>
Update shipment status in internal systems and maintain accurate data records.</li><li>
Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>
Assist with cost entry, invoice checking, and filing documents.</li><li>
Support other administrative and operational tasks as needed.</li></ul>
Salary: $26 - $28/hr. (DOE) 
Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Basic understanding or interest in international logistics or import/export process.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.</li><li>
Good communication and teamwork abilities.</li><li>
Eligible to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship for this temporary role).</li><li>
Bilingual (English / Korean)</li></ul>
