 </i></b>An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Worcestershire Children's Management and Information Team for a <b>Business Intelligence Developer</b></div><div>
 This is a key role for a proactive and innovative individual with the technical skills to develop dashboards, support data quality, statutory returns and Ofsted inspections across Children's Services.</div><div><b>
 </b><b>Purpose of the Role</b></div><div><b>
 </b>The <b>Business Intelligence Developer</b> will lead on developing reports and dashboards to support performance and Statutory Returns for Children's Services, working within a small team of analysts to drive performance data and improvement across the directorate.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Design and Deliver BI solutions using your substantial knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, SQL and Power BI</li><li>
Maintain and apply up to date, substantial knowledge of database concepts, object and data modelling techniques and design principles</li><li>
Working as part of the team, ensure effective communication and understanding of business requirements</li><li>
Collaborate and partner with all parts and levels of the organisation as an expert technical advisor for creative and innovative BI solution</li></ul><div>
