We are looking for a part-time Occupational Health Nurse to support our onsite clinic efforts in Aurora, IL.</div></div><div><div>
The Occupational Health Nurse will provide Occupational Medicine Services to Company employees including the integration of the full spectrum of health services program.</div></div><div><div><b>
Schedule: </b>3 days per week 7:00am - 4:30pm (27 hours per week).
</div></div><p></p><div><div><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Provide Occupational Medicine Services to Company employees, including the integration of the full spectrum of health services programs.</div></li><li><div>
Provide Injury/ illness/ incident medical care and reporting per site protocols.</div></li><li><div>
Coordination and fulfillment of required medical compliance exams (e.g., pre-placement, customer required, medical surveillance).</div></li><li><div>
Provide absence management services to employees who are out of work on either personal or work-related disability, including return to work and transitional return to work program management.</div></li><li><div>
Utilize site&rsquo;s transitional work programs.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with Environmental Health &amp; Safety team to provide training and support for medical emergency response.</div></li><li><div>
Support Health and Wellbeing goals and initiatives.
</div></li><li>Performs additional duties and assumes additional responsibilities as identified by supervisor for the efficient operation of Client Operations.</li></ul><p>
</p><div><div><b>Education and Experience</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid Illinois RN license.</div></li><li><div>
Bachelor of Science in Nursing is highly preferred.</div></li><li><div>
3 years&rsquo; experience in the management of occupational services preferred.
</div></li><li><div>COHN-S and CCM certification preferred.
</div></li><li><div>CPR, AED, and BBP certification required. Instructor certification preferred.
</div></li></ul><p></p><div><div><b>Skills and Competencies
</b></div></div><ul><li><div>Excellent communication and presentation skills; Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences.</div></li><li><div>
Strong computer skills: Must be competent in the Windows operating system environment and Microsoft Office Suite and learn other software as needed.</div></li><li><div>
Strong critical thinking skills, problem solving, and decision making.</div></li><li><div>
Must have the ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to manage multiple priorities, with attention to detail and accuracy.</div></li><li><div>
Take initiative on issues that arise daily.</div></li><li><div>
Must have the ability to maintain a professional approach with others in job-demanding, multitasking and/or project support situations.</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisors, employees and clients.</div></li><li><div>

Must be competent in the Windows operating system environment, Adobe Professional, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and learn other software as needed.</div></li></ul><p>
</p><div><div><b>Physical Demands
</b></div></div><ul><li><div>Requires sitting for long periods of time, working at a desk.
</div></li><li><div>Working under stress and use of computer/phone required.
</div></li><li><div>Manual dexterity required for use of computer keyboard.
</div></li><li><div>Occasionally may be required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel and/or crouch; Some bending and stretching could be required.
</div></li><li><div>Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds and climb stairs.
</div></li><li><div>Ability to kneel for extended periods of time while rendering emergency care and/or CPR.</div></li></ul><p>
</p><div><div><b>Work Environment
</b></div></div><ul><li><div>Mainly indoor, office environment conditions.
</div></li><li><div>May involve exposure to industrial manufacturing environments, including noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures.
</div></li></ul><p></p><div><div>This position has an hourly pay range of $33 - $44 per hour. Final compensation rate for this position depends on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
