LPN - Long Term Care

 Pay Rate: Starting at $37/hr
 
WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking experienced and compassionate LPNs to join our team in providing exceptional long-term care. Your role will involve delivering quality nursing care to residents in a supportive environment, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and health.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for: 
<ul>
<li>Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.</li>
<li>Monitoring and documenting patient progress, vital signs, and other health-related information.</li>
<li>Assisting residents with daily living activities and personal care needs.</li>
<li>Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.</li>
<li>Providing emotional support and education to residents and their families.</li>
<li>Ensuring a safe and sanitary environment by adhering to infection control protocols.</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Active LPN license in the state of New York.</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of long-term care nursing experience.</li>
<li>Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.</li>
<li>Current BLS certification, with further certifications preferred.</li>
</ul>
