Reliability Technician (Mechanical) &ndash; (Oil &amp; Gas)The Reliability Technician (Mechanical) is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and improving the performance and reliability of mechanical equipment in oil and gas facilities to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct routine inspections of pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, and other rotating equipment</li><li>Perform vibration analysis and condition monitoring</li><li>Identify equipment defects and recommend corrective actions</li><li>Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs</li><li>Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment failures</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards</li><li>Maintain maintenance reports and documentation</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in oil &amp; gas or industrial maintenance</li><li>Knowledge of condition monitoring technique</li><li>Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical manuals</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
