Job Title: Quantity Surveyor / Billing Location: Delhi / Delhi NCR Experience Required: 7&ndash;10 Years Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Upto 7 LPAAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer to manage project costing, billing, BOQ preparation, and financial documentation. The role involves site measurements, contractor billing verification, and ensuring that all cost-related activities are carried out accurately and in line with contractual and project requirements.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs), RA Bills, and Final Bills.</li><li>Conduct site measurements and validate contractor quantities for billing.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date cost tracking, estimates, and expenditure reports.</li><li>Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Contractors, and Clients.</li><li>Analyze project cost variances and recommend actions for cost control.</li><li>Manage documentation of contracts, variations, and claims.</li><li>Assist in rate analysis, tender documentation, and commercial correspondence.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications, financial policies, and audit requirements.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).</li><li>6&ndash;10 years of relevant experience in construction / infrastructure billing.</li><li>Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and measurement methodologies.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, and familiarity with AutoCAD / QS software (advantage).</li><li>Ability to work independently with strong numerical and documentation skills.</li><li>Excellent coordination and communication abilities.</li></ul>Preferred Background<ul><li>Experience in Residential / Commercial / Institutional / High-Rise construction projects.</li><li>Understanding of contract conditions and site execution workflows.</li></ul>Regards, Team HRJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
