We specialize in workspace consulting, design &amp; delivery, and end-to-end operations management.We are looking for a Senior Finance &amp; Accounts Executive who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and business-smart to strengthen our finance team.Role OverviewThe Senior Finance &amp; Accounts Executive will manage end-to-end financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support business growth with insights and analytics. This role requires hands-on data entry and accounting expertise, while also providing financial analysis to guide management decisions. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting &amp; Financial Operations<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and reconciliations.</li></ul><ul><li>Process vendor invoices, payments, expense claims, and client billing with accuracy and timeliness.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure proper documentation, audit readiness, and compliance with internal policies.</li></ul>Financial Reporting &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly MIS, cash flow, and variance reports.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide financial insights, dashboards, and analytics to support management decisions.</li></ul><ul><li>Track receivables/payables, ensure collections, and optimize cash flow.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Audit<ul><li>Handle statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, MLWF, PT, etc.).</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.</li></ul>Technology &amp; Process Excellence<ul><li>Leverage ERP/accounting software (Tally/Zoho/SAP or similar) for data accuracy and efficiency.</li></ul><ul><li>Automate routine processes and improve reporting through advanced Excel/analytics tools.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain data accuracy with hands-on data entry where required.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Partner with HR, Procurement, and Operations to ensure smooth payroll, vendor management, and project costing.</li></ul><ul><li>Support leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter/MBA preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>5+ years of proven experience in finance &amp; accounts, preferably in real estate, facility management, or service industry.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial analysis tools.</li></ul><ul><li>Tech-savvy, with ability to adapt to new systems and digital processes.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><ul><li>High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.</li></ul>If this role excites you, Kindly mail your resume at Batul.morbiwala@worksquare.in or Whtsapp 8655359878Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;58,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable working Monday to Saturday,10-7?
