<div>POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Human Resources Generalist will support both Workbridge, LLC and Positive Pressure with recruiting, benefits, training and development, performance management, compliance, and employee relations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Oversee full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding with support from field operations team.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Collaborate with managers to forecast hiring needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues effectively and maintaining a positive workplace culture.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Mediate conflicts and provide guidance on workplace policies and procedures.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop, update, and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Oversee E-Verify and I-9 verifications.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage multi-state wage and hour compliance.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conduct regular audits of HR processes to maintain compliance and mitigate risk.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop and implement a performance review process.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Identify and address performance gaps through coaching, training, and/or development.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assess employee training needs and design or coordinate professional development programs.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and productivity.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Oversee benefits administration, including pre-renewal, open enrollment, and post-renewal debrief.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Analyze compensation structures to maintain competitiveness within the industry.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Track and report key HR metrics such as turnover rates, hiring statistics, and employee satisfaction.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Use data insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide strategic advice on workforce planning and organizational change initiatives.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Lead HR-related initiatives during organizational changes, such as restructuring or system implementation.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Communicate effectively with employees to manage transitions smoothly.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Lead and manage the HR team by setting clear objectives, providing coaching and mentorship, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Oversee team performance, allocate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative work environment to drive HR initiatives successfully.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain visibility in the field at the project sites; be accessible to employees.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Remain current in human resources industry trends.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Exhibit confidentiality with executive, employee, and company information.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to communicate professionally with executives, internal departments, staff, site teams, clients, subcontractors, vendors, carriers, and candidates.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform other job duties as assigned.</li></ul>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent years of human resources experience.</li></ul>
<ul><li>5+ years of human resources experience.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with entry-level employees.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior management, company departments, project teams, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and carriers.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to build structure while supporting company growth.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Self-start, strong work ethic, and a team player.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.</li></ul>
A successful candidate must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
