Job Title: HR Executive &ndash; IT Recruitment Experience: 1+ Years Location: Noida LOGIX TECHNOVA, Block B, Sector 132, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304 Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interview coordination, offer management).</li><li>Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for various roles.</li><li>Source candidates through multiple channels &ndash; Naukri, LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, etc.</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidates&rsquo; fit.</li><li>Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Maintain and update candidate data and reports on recruitment status.</li><li>Assist in onboarding, documentation, and HR operational activities as needed.</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the company&rsquo;s employer brand effectively.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>1+ years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Hiring.</li><li>Strong understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and industry terminology.</li><li>Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and result-oriented approach.</li></ul>Good to Have:<ul><li>Experience in contractual / permanent hiring.</li><li>Familiarity with HR operations (onboarding, employee engagement, exit formalities).</li><li>Basic knowledge of HR software or ATS systems.</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Opportunity to grow your career in IT Talent Acquisition.</li><li>Exposure to diverse technologies and hiring domains.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HR : 1 year (Required)</li><li>Sourcing: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Human resources management: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
