Business Development Executive

WORKSPACE invites applications for a dedicated and proactive Production Coordinator to manage the responsibilities outlined below:Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact between the Sales, Fulfillment, Logistics, and Factory teams for all production-related matters</li><li>Prepare, review, and finalize shop drawings for furniture projects, ensuring they match client requirements and specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers for material availability, pricing, and timely delivery.</li><li>Review sales orders, specifications, and drawings to ensure production readiness.</li><li>Prepare and issue Material Requisition Forms (MRFs) and follow up to ensure materials are received on time.</li><li>Track production progress and update relevant departments with status reports.</li><li>Identify and communicate any delays, discrepancies, or material issues to the concerned teams.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of production schedules, approvals, and material requests.</li><li>Support the factory team to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.</li><li>Assist in improving coordination and communication between Sales, Production, and Suppliers for efficient workflow.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in a production coordination role, preferably in furniture, joinery, or manufacturing.</li><li>Proficient in creating and reading shop drawings (AutoCAD or similar software preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of furniture production processes and material requirements.</li><li>Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage.</li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 per month
