REQUIREMENTS :
<ul><li>Sewing / embroidery experience is helpful but not required.
</li><li>Basic communication skills to include reading, speaking, and understanding English and basic math skills.
</li><li>The physical ability to stand and walk up to 100% of the work shift.
</li><li>The physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
</li><li>Specific vision abilities required of the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
</li><li>This position requires a high attention to detail and quality.
</li><li>This position requires demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others in a positive manner.
</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks.
</li><li>Must follow directions well.
</li><li>Ability to work overtime &ndash; including work on weekends, when needed.
</li><li>Good attendance is a must.
</li></ul>RESPONSIBILITIES :
<ul><li>Check in garments when they arrive.
</li><li>Load design onto the machine via computer.
</li><li>Hoop garment or item while machine is running prepping for the next run.
</li><li>Operate machines while trimming the backing.
</li><li>Learn how to adjust tensions for better sewing quality.
</li><li>Fix errors if needed on items.
</li><li>Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is a must for this job.
</li><li>Maintains a safe, efficient, and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear, and is worthy of sharing with visitors at all times.
</li></ul>HOURS : 2nd shift hours: 2:30 PM &ndash; 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. OT may be required daily and on Saturday.</div>
