What You Will Do as a Supply Chain Trade Data Analyst:
The Supply Chain Trade Data Analyst role is accountable for ensuring company compliance with international trade regulations by interpreting trade laws and translating complex operational data into actionable insights. This role processes and reconciles large volumes of data to identify anomalies, discrepancies, and systemic process gaps that create compliance risk, and surfaces opportunities to strengthen controls, improve data integrity, and support accurate product classification and documentation review. The position partners with internal stakeholders and coordinates with vendors and brokers to promote lawful and efficient import and export activities.
How You Will Make a Difference:<ul><li>
Serves as subject matter expert by interpreting and communicating import and export guidelines supporting adherence to complex international trade laws and regulations</li><li>
Designs and maintains technology-enabled compliance workflows (standardized data intake, automated reconciliations, exception reporting, and audit-ready documentation) to improve speed, accuracy, and traceability</li><li>
Develops, monitors, and reviews compliance processes to ensure adherence to evolving international trade regulations. This includes providing Transaction Value Statements, Proforma</li><li>
Invoices, Importer Declarations, Anti-Dumping monitoring, tracking Tariff Rate Quotas, reviewing documentation, validating country of origin, and other information for prompt and accurate entry filing</li><li>
Manages the audit of entry filings, brokerage invoices, and ACH duty payment and reconciliation processes</li><li>
Oversees the Raw Materials Affidavit Solicitation Processes, ensuring the accurate recertification of the country of origin and Preference Qualification for all raw materials</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Years of Related Professional Experience: 3+
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance
</li><li>Must have proven advanced proficiency in Microsoft products including Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, XLOOKUP/SUMIFS, Nested If Statements, data validation) and PowerBI.
</li><li>Experience with customs regulations, import/export, or other supply chain related roles (preferably in manufacturing)
</li><li>Advanced analytical capability to structure, manage, and interrogate complex datasets; identify trends/outliers and translate results into compliance actions
</li><li>Demonstrates effective communication and organizational skills
</li><li>Detail orientated with the ability to prioritize work</li></ul>
Preferred Skills &amp; Knowledge:<ul><li>
Must be able to research, understand and interpret Trade Rules and Regulations from resources such as Harmonized Tariff Schedule, CROSS Customs Rulings, US Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) and other regulatory documentation.</li><li>
Technical skills, including SQL, Python, or similar programming languages, are a plus</li></ul></div>

What You Will Do as a CRM Analyst: The CRM Analyst role is responsible for the WWOF Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, acting as a strategic partner with internal stakeholders to help produce solutions to drive revenue, increase overall efficiencies, drive data integrity through processes/routines and help solve business problems.
How You Will Make a Difference:
<ul><li>Serve as a senior-level system administrator for the Salesforce Lightning environment managing fields/objects, record types, data validation, content/visuals, integrations (both internal and external), and other features as needed.
</li><li>Lead continuous analysis of Salesforce.com platform features, releases, upgrades, and best practices that align with organizational vision and strategy and that achieve the greatest business impact.
</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of processes, policies, and configurations (including functional and technical designs) made to the system in accordance with ISO requirements and in preparation for releases and upgrades.
</li><li>Interpret communications between technical process, business stakeholders, and users.
</li><li>Develop and execute comprehensive Salesforce CRM training for sales teams and end users, including creating materials, leading sessions, and supporting ongoing adoption and best practices.
</li><li>Build and maintain reports/dashboards that monitor sales activity, revenue, and opportunity pipeline.
</li><li>Create materials (trainings, resources, videos, etc.), supporting user adoption and best practices to socialize key learnings for broader enablement.
</li><li>Work with WWOF&rsquo;s SFDF team and stakeholders to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
</li><li>Qualify and evaluate vendors and applications to present business use cases for system improvement and implementation.
</li><li>Engage with brand managers, merchandisers, marketing, and other departments to define and document development requirements and identify modifications to impact business processes.
</li></ul>Skills for Success:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and 3-5 years of experience; or relevant experience
</li></ul><ul><li>Current Salesforce Certified and Certified Advance Administrator Certifications required
</li></ul><ul><li>Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst preferred
</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in sales with an understanding of different sales methodologies, sales cycles, and customer journeys in a multi-branded organization.
</li></ul><ul><li>Hands on experience &amp; functional understanding of core Salesforce features including, custom objects, page layouts, profiles, permissions, approval processes, and automation plus and understanding of the relationship between core platform and other Salesforce clouds.
</li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience training sales teams and users on Salesforce, including developing training materials, delivering in-person and virtual sessions, and driving user adoption and best practices.
</li></ul><ul><li>Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
