This role ensures effective coordination between staff, volunteers, partners, and beneficiaries to advance the organization&rsquo;s mission of delivering hope-driven social impact.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and manage non-profit programs, events, and community outreach initiatives</li><li>Support fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and sponsorship activities</li><li>Maintain relationships with partners, volunteers, and community stakeholders</li><li>Assist in planning and execution of humanitarian projects and service delivery</li><li>Track program performance, collect data, and prepare progress reports</li><li>Manage schedules, logistics, and documentation for events and initiatives</li><li>Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations</li><li>Promote awareness of the organization&rsquo;s mission through communication channels</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Communications, or related field</li><li>Experience in non-profit work, project coordination, or community development preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and cultures</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools</li><li>Passion for humanitarian service and community impact</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in fundraising or donor relations</li><li>Event planning and volunteer management experience</li><li>Familiarity with NGO operations and reporting standards</li><li>Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills</li></ul>Work EnvironmentThis position is based in Lusail and involves collaboration with local and international partners.
