As a family-owned company, our focus in work life balance fosters a healthy, safe, and productive work environment for all employees.In this role you will:<ul><li>In this role you will be tasked with daily duties such as:</li><li>Performs a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence with management.</li><li>Communicates with customers, responds to customer inquiries, and provides information via phone/email.</li><li>Provides communication and support services to drivers in a professional manner; maintains contact with the drivers throughout shift.</li><li>Routing and scheduling with drivers to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Data entry of all service orders and fulfills completed orders.</li><li>Maintains and completes filing of service orders and route sheets.</li><li>Scans all completed reports to internal/external customers.</li><li>Collaborates with management to help modify routes to accommodate the needs of customers.</li><li>Cultivates strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce service disruptions from last minute schedule changes.</li><li>Monitors any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely pick up and deliveries.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>1 year of experience in transportation dispatching, hazardous waste environment, facility compliance, or related field.</li><li>Strong communication skills</li></ul>EEO Statement:It is the policy of World Oil and its subsidiaries to provide equal opportunity for all applicants and employees. <li>Collaborates with management to help modify routes to accommodate the needs of customers.</li>
<li>Cultivates strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce service disruptions from last minute schedule changes.</li>

<li>Shift Hours (1 Opening): Flexible schedule, early morning, afternoon, and evening (Thursday - Monday)</li></ul>
