The Regional Operations Manager manages and ensures development of Branch management and manages multiple branch locations within a limited geographic area.</p><p></p><p><b>
Responsibilities:
</b></p><div><ul><li><p>Provides guidance, leadership and coaching to Branch Operations Managers and their management team.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Maintains positive working relationships with peers and Regional Sales Managers through regular communications and sharing of customer and market information.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Regularly evaluates Branches and delivery route productivity to meet customer expectations, and initiates improvements while increasing sales and reducing expenses.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Monitors profit and loss statements of Branch operations and maintains budget and approving expenses.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Formulates and recommends operational policies and programs that maintain and improve the organization&rsquo;s competitive position and profitability.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Frequent travel is required for this position.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>

Requirements:
</b></p><div><ul><li><p>At least 4 years of prior leadership experience in a warehouse related field.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Must be available for frequent travel.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Comfortable with using Microsoft Office application.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Eligible to work in the Unites States.</p></li></ul></div></div></div></div><p></p>
