</div>Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize complex SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads 360 and other relevant platforms.</li><li>
Analyze program performance data to provide actionable insights, improve ROI, and inform strategic decisions.</li><li>
Proactively remain informed on industry innovations, particularly AI applications in search, to continually enhance strategies and processes.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, brand managers, design and merchandising, to execute an integrated marketing approach.</li><li>
Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to improve targeting, bidding, messaging and overall program efficiency.</li><li>
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that align with business goals.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>5&ndash;7 years of experience managing significant SEM programs ($MM) with proven success in managing programs toward established performance goals.</li><li>
Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360 and analytics platforms and other SEM platforms.</li><li>
Passion for data analytics and fluent at leveraging analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, or similar).</li><li>
Comfortable adopting and testing emerging technologies, particularly AI-driven marketing solutions.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience with other paid channels optimized toward program goals (e.g., social media, display, programmatic).</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred Skills:</b></div><ul><li>
Certification in Google Ads, Search Ads 360, or related platforms.</li><li>
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.</li><li>
Knowledge of SEO fundamentals as they relate to paid search strategy.</li></ul></div>
