Job Description:</div><div>
Purpose</div><div>
Perform wide variety of regular and recurring accounting functions, including establishing accounting records and maintaining the general accounting system.</div><div></div><div>
Key Deliverables:</div><ul><li>
Adhere to the Internal Control Systems and Statutory Compliance.</li><li>
Accurate &amp; Timely Recording of Financial Transactions &amp; Reporting of Fundraising cost</li><li>
Handling Petty cash, Support Other Functions, Departments &amp; Projects.</li><li>
Record keeping, Digitizing of documents/bills/vouchers and Audit preparation</li></ul><div></div><div>
Adhere to the Internal Control Systems and Statutory Compliance</div><ul><li>
Record and report every transaction adhering the statutory requirements &amp; WVI policies</li><li>
Deduction of applicable Govt. Fee &amp; Taxes - Tax deducted at source(TDS) &amp; Goods &amp;Service Tax (GST) following the timeline</li><li>
Facilitate Internal and External Audit and implement the recommendations</li><li>
Review Balance Sheet outstanding and follow up for the subsequent clearance</li></ul><div></div><div>
Recording of Financial Transactions &amp; Reporting</div><ul><li>
Process payment and import all financial transactions into SunSystem (Accounting system) regularly</li><li>
Process COUPA payment and coordinate with SSC team for quick approval and SunSystem (Accounting system) integration.</li><li>
Review the invoices and the relevant supporting documents for each transactions and file with voucher</li><li>
Maintain record of all payment evidences in soft and hardcopies</li><li>
Generate various reports to monitor the expenditure and the budget variation</li><li>
Giving reports to relevant stakeholders.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Handling Petty cash, Support Other Functions, Departments &amp; Projects</div><ul><li>
Manage NO local fund petty cash according to the policy</li><li>
Update the petty cash statement daily and replenish cash monthly. Also deposit other cash (Donations, Sale of Assets &amp; Scraps etc.) received during the month</li><li>
Maintain internal fund transfer of Corporate &amp; Grant Projects expenses reimbursement monthly.</li><li>
Monitor &amp; Disburse fund to FSBU as per the requirement</li><li>
Process the centralized purchases and charge the expenses to the respective ADPs</li><li>
Update bank signatories, re-KYC and other bank related works.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Record Keeping, digitizing records and Audit preparation</div><ul><li>
Keeping the soft &amp; hard copies of all financial transactions</li><li>
Monthly FEL to be completed on time</li><li>
Corporate Tracker to be maintained for Audit</li><li>
Preparedness for the necessary Audit deliverables &amp; query</li></ul><div></div><div>
Expectation and Experience</div><ul><li>
UG, or PG in Commerce, / Finance &amp; Accounts</li><li>
Good in computer skills, MS Office, especially MS Excel</li></ul><ul><li>
Good communication skills</li><li>
Analytical ability</li><li>
Coordination skills</li></ul><ul><li>
1-2 years of relevant experience</li></ul><div></div><div>
Compensation : Maximum of Rs.45,000</div></div>
